Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and Blockhaven LLC about your use of the Blockhaven website and accounts. In short: the site is for information and education, its data is dated and can be wrong, it is not advice, anything free today can change or become paid, and our liability is limited. Please read the sections on risk, warranties, liability and disputes carefully.

Effective date: October 18, 2026.

Version 2026-10-18. This is the version recorded when you accept it with an account.

Who we are

The Blockhaven website is operated by Blockhaven LLC, a Nevada limited-liability company ("Blockhaven", "we", "us"). In these terms the "Blockhaven Parties" means Blockhaven LLC, its owner, members, managers, officers, employees and contractors, its affiliates, and their respective licensors, successors, assigns and service providers. Questions and support: info@blockhaven.io.

Accepting these terms

These terms govern your use of the Blockhaven website, its research, data, tools and content, and any Blockhaven account (together, the "Service"). The Privacy notice is accepted together with these terms. The Research disclosures and risk page is separate supplemental information, described below.

Account holders accept these terms by an affirmative act: when you create an account you tick a separate, unticked box that names the version of the Terms and of the Privacy notice you are shown. We record the version you accepted and when, and an account can record acceptance only of the version it was shown. Accepting the terms is never an agreement to receive marketing email; that is a separate choice.

These terms are meant to apply to everyone who uses the Service, and a link to them is on every page. If you use the Service without an account, you indicate that you accept them by continuing to use it, to the extent the law treats that as acceptance. We do not rely on that alone: if these terms are found not to bind a visitor without an account, that does not affect the terms between Blockhaven and account holders. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Who may use an account

Accounts are for people who are 18 or older, able to form a binding agreement and not barred from using the service by law. One account is for one person; do not create accounts for others, share access, or use an email address you do not control. The Service is for your personal, non-commercial use unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Accounts and Early Access

Blockhaven Early Access is a public beta and a free account costs nothing today: no card is taken and no paid plan is started automatically. You sign in with a one-time code sent to the email address you give, so you are responsible for the security of that inbox and for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.

Features in Early Access may be unfinished, change or be removed, and Early Access may be changed, limited, paused or ended at any time.

Information only, not advice

Everything the Service provides is general, impersonal information published for education and for readers as a whole, on the same terms to everyone with the same level of access. It is not investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, it is not an offer or a solicitation to buy or sell any security, digital asset or other instrument, and it does not take into account anyone's financial situation, objectives or risk tolerance. Blockhaven does not manage customer money or customer investment accounts, does not execute trades for readers, and does not ask for or use your holdings or financial circumstances to give you individualized investment recommendations. This does not limit trading by the Blockhaven Parties for their own accounts.

Research may include opinions, estimates, valuations, scenarios, ratings and other editorial analysis. These reflect Blockhaven's research judgments and assumptions and do not promise any outcome; they can be wrong, can change without notice, and Blockhaven has no duty to update them. They are different from the underlying reported facts and calculations, which are presented as such: a statement of fact does not become opinion merely because it appears in research. Where the Service lets you choose inputs, such as which tickers to view or a standard mode, those controls apply Blockhaven's standard methods in the same way for every eligible user and do not assess whether anything is suitable for you.

Reading or using the Service, or having an account, does not create an advisory, fiduciary, broker, client or other professional relationship between you and any Blockhaven Party. Decisions you make are yours alone. Consider speaking to a qualified professional who knows your situation before acting. See the Research disclosures and risk page.

Investment risk and reliance

Investing and trading involve risk, including the loss of some or all of the money you invest, and with leverage, options or short positions the loss can be greater than the amount invested. Past behaviour does not predict future results. Digital assets can be especially volatile and can fall to zero. Blockhaven does not guarantee any outcome, return or level of accuracy.

You use the Service, and make every investment and trading decision, at your own risk. You are solely responsible for your own research, your own decisions and their results, and you agree not to treat the Service as the sole basis for any investment, trading, financial, tax or legal decision. To the fullest extent the law allows, no Blockhaven Party is responsible for any gain or loss you make or fail to make in reliance on the Service.

You acknowledge that the Blockhaven Parties may hold, buy, sell or otherwise trade securities, digital assets and other instruments that the Service discusses; that those positions can change without notice and can differ from, or be contrary to, the views the Service expresses; and that this does not make the Service personalised advice. What Blockhaven says about its own interests, methods and compensation at any time is on the Research disclosures and risk page.

Accuracy, data, models and automated analysis

Figures are dated with an as-of time and may be delayed, revised, incomplete or different from another provider's figure for the same period. Nothing on the site is a real-time or live feed unless a page says exactly that. Blockhaven works to keep content accurate and to correct errors it finds, but does not guarantee that any statement is complete, current or error-free.

Blockhaven draws on public sources such as regulator filings, company releases and official data publications, and links to them where useful. Blockhaven-derived measures (for example a Macro condition score) are Blockhaven's own interpretation; they depend on choices about inputs and thresholds, models can be wrong in ways that are hard to see in advance, and methods can change. Scenarios show what could follow from stated assumptions and are not predictions; hypothetical, simulated or back-tested results are not actual results and are not a guide to what you would have earned or will earn.

Blockhaven research may incorporate automated analysis, artificial intelligence tools and human editorial judgment. Such methods have limitations, and Blockhaven does not guarantee any particular analytical result or level of accuracy.

The Research disclosures and risk page

The Research disclosures and risk page gives further information about Blockhaven's research, methods, sources, trading and conflicts, compensation and corrections. It is supplemental: it does not amend these terms, and Blockhaven may update its content from time to time without that update requiring you to accept these terms again. Nothing on that page, and nothing in these terms, excuses a misleading statement or limits a notice, disclosure, correction or other obligation that the law requires or that cannot be waived. The protections in these terms apply whether or not you read that page, and if the page conflicts with these terms, these terms control as to the parties' contractual rights.

Our content, licence and restrictions

The text, design, software, data compilations and Blockhaven-derived measures on the site, and the Blockhaven name and marks, belong to Blockhaven LLC or its licensors. Third-party data and marks belong to their owners. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Subject to these terms, Blockhaven gives you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Service and to read and use its content for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may link to the Service and quote short extracts with attribution and a link, for personal and editorial use.

Without our prior written permission you may not: copy, republish, redistribute, resell, sublicense or publicly display content or data, other than short extracts as above; scrape, crawl or systematically extract content or data by automated means; use content or data to build, enrich or train a database, index, dataset or machine-learning model; build a product or service that competes with or substitutes for the Service from it; remove notices or attribution; share your account access; or bypass any access control, paywall, rate limit or other technical measure. Nothing in this section limits a right the law gives you that cannot be limited by agreement, such as fair use.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, you give Blockhaven LLC a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use them without obligation to you.

Acceptable use

Do not harm the site or other people. In particular, do not strain the service or ignore robots.txt, bypass or test the sign-in, abuse checks or rate limits, probe for weaknesses without our written permission, use another person's email address, send us unlawful or malicious content, use the site to break the law or to manipulate any market, or attribute to Blockhaven statements or research it did not publish. To report a security problem in good faith, write to info@blockhaven.io.

Third-party services and links

The site relies on service providers (for example for hosting, account email and sign-in checks) and links to sources it does not control. The Blockhaven Parties are not responsible for other sites, sources or services, or for their availability or content, and their terms apply to them.

Suspending or ending an account or access

You can delete your account at any time from your account page; see the Privacy page for what that removes. Blockhaven may suspend, restrict or end your account or your access to any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, including for a breach of these terms, a legal, security or abuse concern, or because a feature or Early Access is changed or ended. Deletion or termination does not entitle you to a refund or compensation, subject to applicable law and the terms of any paid service. Sections that by their nature should continue (including those on content, risk, warranties, liability, indemnity and disputes) continue after your access ends.

Availability

The site is provided without a service-level commitment. It may be unavailable, slow, delayed or changed for maintenance, provider outages or other reasons, and Blockhaven has no obligation to maintain, update or support any part of it.

No warranty

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, TIMELINESS, RELIABILITY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

The Blockhaven Parties do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, that defects will be corrected, that any data or analysis is accurate, complete or current, or that using the Service will produce any result. Nothing you are told by a Blockhaven Party creates a warranty that is not written in these terms. Some places do not allow some warranties to be excluded, so some of the above may not apply to you; in that case the warranties that cannot be excluded last only as long as the law requires.

Limits on liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, THE BLOCKHAVEN PARTIES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL OR DATA, LOSS OF OPPORTUNITY, OR TRADING OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR ANY RELIANCE ON ITS CONTENT, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STATUTE OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF ALL BLOCKHAVEN PARTIES TOGETHER FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE, HOWEVER MANY CLAIMS THERE ARE, IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) WHAT YOU PAID BLOCKHAVEN FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT THAT GAVE RISE TO THE FIRST CLAIM AND (B) 100 US DOLLARS. These limits apply even if a limited remedy fails of its essential purpose. Free access is provided on the basis of these limits, which are a fair allocation of risk that you accept by using the Service.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that the law does not allow to be excluded or limited (such as liability for fraud, or for intentional misconduct, or for gross negligence where the law does not permit it to be limited), or any right or remedy under federal or state securities law that cannot lawfully be waived. Some places do not allow some of these limits, so they apply only as far as the law permits, and if part of this section is held unenforceable it is limited to the extent necessary and the rest stays in force.

To the extent the law allows, and subject to rights that cannot be waived, any claim relating to the Service must be started within one year after it arose, or it is barred. The 30-day notice period in the section on disputes does not count toward that year, and nothing in this paragraph changes a statutory deadline that the parties cannot change by agreement.

No owner, member or manager of Blockhaven LLC is liable for Blockhaven LLC's obligations solely because of that status, subject to applicable law. This does not shield any person from liability that cannot be waived for that person's own conduct.

Your responsibility for misuse

To the extent the law allows, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Blockhaven Parties from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: your breach of these terms; your violation of law or of a third party's rights, including infringement of intellectual property; your misuse of the Service, such as unauthorised scraping, redistribution or circumvention of access controls; or content or information you submit. Blockhaven may take over the defence of any matter for which it is entitled to be indemnified, and you will cooperate and will not settle it without our written consent. This does not apply to ordinary, lawful use of the Service in line with these terms, or to the extent a loss is caused by a Blockhaven Party's own fraud or intentional misconduct.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting a claim, send a written description of it to info@blockhaven.io and allow 30 days for the parties to try to resolve it; that period pauses the time limit in the section on limits on liability. This informal step does not prevent you or Blockhaven from contacting a regulator or exercising a right that cannot be waived, from seeking urgent interim relief, or from filing a claim where that is necessary to preserve a deadline that applies. Any claim that is not resolved will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Nevada, and you and Blockhaven LLC consent to those courts. Blockhaven may ask any competent court for an injunction to protect its content, systems or intellectual property. Where the law of the place you live gives you a right to bring a claim there that cannot be waived by agreement, these terms do not remove it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Each update is published here with a new version identifier and effective date, and applies going forward: it does not change rights or claims that had already accrued before it took effect. If you have an account you are asked to accept the new version the next time you sign in, and we may require that acceptance to continue using the account; your earlier acceptance stays on record against the version you saw. Where applicable law requires us to give notice of a change or to obtain your consent to it, we will do so. If you use the Service without an account, we intend an update to apply to your later use, to the extent the law treats continued use as acceptance; as with the original terms, we do not rely on that alone.

General terms

These terms and the Privacy notice are the whole agreement between you and Blockhaven LLC about the site and replace any earlier understanding; the Research disclosures and risk page is information and not part of that agreement. A paid service may have its own terms, which govern that service if they conflict with these. If a part of these terms is found unenforceable, it is limited to the extent necessary and the rest stays in force. Not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your account or rights to anyone else; Blockhaven LLC may transfer these terms to a successor to the business. The Blockhaven Parties are intended beneficiaries of the sections on risk, warranties, liability and indemnity, and no one else is a third-party beneficiary. No Blockhaven Party is liable for a failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control. Headings are for convenience, and "including" means "including without limitation". You agree that we may give you notices electronically, by posting them on the site or by email to the address on your account.
