Account help
A sign-in code that did not arrive, a problem with your account, or a question about Early Access. Most things (download your data, change the email address on the account, switch email choices off, delete your account) you can do yourself from your account.
Privacy and data requests
Ask what we hold about you, correct it, delete it or opt out of anything. Say which email address your account uses so we can find it; we may ask you to confirm it is yours.
Accessibility
Something on the site is hard to use, or you need information in another form. Tell us the page, what happened and the assistive technology you use if you are willing to say.
Business and written notices
Partnerships, licensing and legal notices. Please write by email; we do not accept legal notices by other channels unless we tell you so.
Before you write
Never send a password, a sign-in code, a brokerage or bank account number, or other sensitive financial details. We will never ask for them.
Sign-in codes are sent from a separate no-reply address (login@auth.blockhaven.io); replies to it are not read. Write to the addresses above instead.
