Privacy

This page describes how Blockhaven LLC handles personal information through the Blockhaven website as it works today. You can browse content made publicly available without creating an account; creating a free account is optional.

Effective date: October 18, 2026.

Version 2026-10-18. This is the version recorded when you accept it with an account.

Who is responsible

Blockhaven LLC (a Nevada limited-liability company, "Blockhaven", "we") operates this website and decides how the information described here is used. Privacy questions and requests go to privacy@blockhaven.io. General support questions go to info@blockhaven.io.

Scope

You can browse content made publicly available without creating an account, and we do not ask you for personal information to do so. You may optionally create a free Blockhaven Early Access account (a public beta). Creating one is separate from reading. Whether any content stays open to read without an account is Blockhaven's choice and can change (see the Terms).

What we collect if you create an account

The email address you give, confirmed by a one-time code we send you. An optional display name. The optional areas you say you follow (Macro, Morning, Companies, Research, Learn). The date you joined, and how you reached the sign-up page (a short label such as the section of the site, never a full link). The version of the Terms and Privacy notice you accepted, with the time. The email choices you make, with a dated record of each time you granted or withdrew one. There is no password. We do not ask for a phone number, postal address, date of birth, holdings, brokerage details or anything about your finances.

A free account does not reserve a place in, or a price for, any future paid plan. Founding Pro is planned, not on sale; ticking "notify me when Founding Pro opens" only records that you want one notice. If Blockhaven later sells anything, payment details will be handled by a payment processor, and this notice will be updated before we collect them.

Security and technical information

To keep sign-in safe we process technical information: the network address and browser details of sign-in and account requests, short-lived counters that limit repeated attempts, and the sign-in provider's own session and security logs. Our own account tables keep rate-limit counters in a keyed, non-reversible form, and delivery events (sent, delivered, bounced, reported as unwanted) with a one-way hash of the address rather than the address itself.

Our hosting and security providers process technical information, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time, to deliver and protect the website.

If you contact us

If you email Blockhaven LLC, the message and your address are used to read and reply to it, and are kept for as long as needed to deal with the matter and keep a reasonable record of it. Our business mailboxes are provided by Namecheap's Private Email service, which stores and delivers that correspondence for us. Please do not send passwords, sign-in codes or financial account details.

Why we use it

To create and run your account and sign you in (this is needed to provide the service you asked for). To keep the service secure and prevent abuse (our legitimate interest in a safe site). To send the optional email you chose (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time). To keep the records that show when you accepted the Terms and made an email choice, and to honour a deletion or unsubscribe (our legal and legitimate interest in being able to prove and respect your choices). To answer your messages, and to comply with law, enforce our Terms and protect our rights.

We do not use your information to build advertising profiles, and we do not use account information to personalise investment content: Blockhaven does not ask for your holdings or circumstances and does not tailor research to you.

Email, consent and unsubscribing

Sign-in and verification emails provide a one-time code and do not contain promotional content. We may also send necessary account, security, service and legal notices. Optional product updates, research newsletters and Founding Pro announcements follow the communication choices you make: each is sent only if you tick that choice yourself, every choice starts off, accepting the Terms is separate from any email choice, and signing in again never switches one on.

You can change your choices at any time in your account. Every optional email will carry an unsubscribe link that works without signing in, and we act on an unsubscribe before the next optional send. If an address bounces permanently or is reported as unwanted, we stop optional email to it. We do not send marketing email to anyone who has not chosen it.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information, we do not rent or buy email lists, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers for advertising. We share it only with the service providers that run the account system, listed below; where the law requires it; to enforce our Terms and protect the site, its users and our rights; and to a successor if the business or the website is ever transferred, who would be bound by this notice or would have to give you notice of any change.

Supabase provides authentication and the account database (hosted in the United States). Resend delivers account email. Cloudflare Turnstile provides the abuse check on the sign-in and create-account pages. Vercel Inc. hosts the website and serves the pages. Each of these processes information on our behalf under its own terms, for the purpose described. The authentication provider keeps its own session and security logs, which can include network details such as IP addresses and device information. The sign-in and account pages (not the research pages) talk to Supabase from your browser and load the Turnstile check.

Cookies, analytics and tracking

Essential cookies and similar technologies support account access, security and functionality. The website's own pages that you only read set no cookie of their own, but our hosting and security providers may use technical cookies or similar technologies to deliver and protect the site.

If you sign in or create an account, the sign-in provider sets the session cookies that keep you signed in, and, while you are creating an account, the site remembers your sign-up choices in this browser tab for up to 30 minutes until you finish. They are used to run and secure your account, not to track you. Signing out of Blockhaven ends your Blockhaven session and removes the session cookies we control; we do not control, and do not promise to remove, cookies or storage that our hosting, security or sign-in providers may keep. The Turnstile check on the sign-in and create-account pages may use its own technical storage to tell people from automated traffic.

The website uses no analytics, advertising pixels or third-party behavioural tracking, and the research pages embed no third-party scripts. We do not use non-essential cookies, so we do not show a cookie-consent banner. If tracking is ever added, this page will change first and any required consent will be asked for.

This site contains no advertising or analytics trackers, and we do not permit third parties to use it to collect information about your online activities across other websites. The Cloudflare Turnstile abuse check, used only on the sign-in and create-account pages, and the sign-in provider receive the technical information needed to do their work and run under their own terms. Because the site does not track you across websites, it does not change how it behaves in response to a Do Not Track signal.

How long we keep it

Account details and the email choices you make are kept while the account exists. Delivery events, security and rate-limit records, and sign-up attempts that were never completed are kept only as long as needed to run the service, keep it secure, handle bounces and complaints and troubleshoot, and are then deleted in routine maintenance. Messages you send us are kept as long as needed to deal with them. We may keep information longer where the law requires it, or where we need it to resolve a dispute, enforce our Terms or protect the service.

When you delete your account, it closes immediately and your profile, choices and acceptance records are removed from our account database. For deletion and suppression records only, we keep an internal identifier and a cryptographic hash of your address (not the address itself), with the time of deletion, so that a deletion or an unsubscribe is still honoured if a backup is ever restored. Someone who already holds your address could compute the same hash, so we treat these records as sensitive and restrict access to them. We keep an address hash after an email address bounces or is reported as unwanted for the same reason. We do not keep a name or an address in clear text in those records.

We handle deletion in accordance with applicable law, including by directing the service providers that process your information for us to take the action that law requires. We may keep limited information where the law permits or requires it, for example to keep the service secure, to meet legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and to honour deletion, unsubscribe and similar requests, and only for as long as that purpose lasts. Some copies do not disappear immediately: we may keep encrypted backups of the account database for disaster recovery, a backup is not edited and is deleted under a rotating schedule once it is no longer needed for recovery, and logs that we or our providers lawfully retain are removed on their own cycles. If a backup is restored, recorded deletions and withdrawals of consent, including unsubscribes, are applied again before the restored data returns to active use.

Your choices and rights

From your account you can download your data, change the email address (confirmed by codes), switch email choices on or off, sign out of every device, and delete the account. These work without contacting us. You can also email privacy@blockhaven.io to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to opt out of any sale or sharing. We respond within the time that the law applying to your request requires, and may extend it where the law allows. We may need to confirm that the request comes from the address on the account.

We do not sell personal information. You may submit applicable privacy requests, including a direction not to sell covered information, to privacy@blockhaven.io. We handle verified requests as applicable law requires. Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have further rights, such as to access, correct, delete or appeal; we apply the choices above to every account holder and will not treat you differently for using them.

Security

Account data is held in a database with row-level access controls, so each signed-in person can reach only their own records; connections are encrypted; the sign-in uses one-time codes and an abuse check; administrator access needs an authenticator app; and any backups are encrypted. No system is perfectly secure and we cannot guarantee that information will never be accessed without permission. If a breach affects your personal information we will tell you as the law requires.

Age

Accounts are for people 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or from anyone under 18, and will delete it if we learn we have.

Where information is processed

The website is operated from, and account information is processed in, the United States. If you use it from another country, your information is transferred to and handled in the United States, where privacy law may differ from that of your country. The site is aimed at readers in the United States.

Changes to this page

Material changes are made on this page with a new version and effective date. If you have an account, you are asked to accept the new version the next time you sign in, and your earlier acceptance stays on record against the version you saw. If our practices change in a way that needs your consent, we will ask for it before applying the change to you.
